Our Team
Founder of RINC Capital, Imran brings two decades of leading services, industrial, manufacturing, and healthcare businesses—fixing what’s broken and scaling what works. He has built new business lines from the ground up, turned around underperformers, and managed divisions with 1,000+ employees and P&Ls exceeding $350M. His greatest asset is always the people he works with. He’s led national and global networks through disciplined process improvement, rigorous P&L management, and structured operational excellence, and supported a company on its path to an IPO.
Imran’s roots are in Southern California, and his perspective is global—an avid traveler to 96 countries, giving him a nuanced feel for how culture, people, and business intersect. He holds an MBA from UCLA and an MS in Engineering from USC, is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and a “40 under 40” honoree (Los Angeles Business Journal). He has acquired small businesses to support local growth and is active in real estate development. That mix of global exposure, local roots, and hands-on ownership means he understands both the spreadsheets and the families behind them—and treats stewardship as a responsibility, not a slogan.
